Hanna's Story
I grew up in Belleville, Ontario playing all sports; hockey, soccer, basketball, golf, tennis, track and field etc but fell in love with hockey instantly. When I was in high school I played Junior hockey in Whitby Ontario and also played U18 Team Canada and U18 Team Ontario. I won a U18 World Championship with Team Canada in 2013 in Finland and then went on to play four years at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
At Cornell I got my degree in Human Development and a minor in Nutritional Sciences. During my time at Cornell I also represented Team Canada's development team for 4 years and attended a Senior National Training camp. After I graduated I played professionally in China for Kunlun Redstar in the CWHL for two years and then moved to Calgary where I am now a member of the PWHPA and Calgary's Team Scotiabank!
